What does obby mean?
Obby is short for obstacle course. The word comes from Roblox players, who use it for any game built as a series of jumps and hazards split into stages. Most games in this guide are browser games by independent studios built the same way.

Obby games on foot

Obby courses on wheels
- Car Obby 3D drives a tiny car across 12 floating obstacle courses with swinging hammers, spinning obstacles and moving platforms. Checkpoints sit above the clouds, and a fall puts you back at the last one. Boosts such as Ghost, Nitro, Jump and Flight last 3 to 5 seconds. W accelerates, S brakes and reverses, A and D steer, and R resets.
- Car Smash Obby 3D gives you a car that can fall apart. Its 36 courses across six worlds have hammers, crushers, gaps and giant rollers to time your way past. The car accelerates by itself: steer with A and D, boost with W or Space, brake with S, and press R to go back to a checkpoint.
- Obby: Rocket Shopping Cart straps a rocket to a shopping cart. Race along 3D obstacle tracks, smash barriers and launch off ramps for a new distance record. The cart accelerates on its own: steer with A and D and hold Space for the rocket.
Parkour games
- Going Up Rooftop is 3D parkour across the roofs of a big city: climb walls, leap between ledges, crawl through gaps, slide and ride ziplines. Watch your stamina and hit the checkpoints as rain, snow and wind make the higher floors harder. Move with WASD, jump and grab ledges with Space, sprint with Shift and crouch with Ctrl.
- Urban Echo is a fast parkour run across city rooftops. W, the up arrow or Space jumps and double jumps, S does a flip jump, A wall-jumps and D dashes.
- Flip Parkour Pro is about tricks rather than routes: front flips, back flips and gainers from high cliffs. Hold and release the mouse button or Space to time each jump.
- Parkour Run - Race 3D races you from rooftop to rooftop. Flip, jump and vault over obstacles, and drag with the mouse to steer.
Obby and parkour games for two or more
- StickJet Parkour gives you and a friend a stickman with a jetpack each. Hold W or the up arrow to fly, collect 3 gold coins and reach the flag, and keep clear of the spinning wheels and the edges of the level.
- Stickman Party Parkour plays with four people in two pairs on the WASD and arrow keys. Each player collects the box of their own color, and all four have to reach the door.
- Stickman Escape Parkour breaks racers out of a lab. Each of up to four players needs only one key: W, Space, M or the up arrow.

Tips for obstacle courses
- Know where the checkpoints are. In Bean Party Obby and Car Smash Obby 3D the R key takes you back to the last one.
- Watch one full cycle of a moving trap before you cross. Hammers, rollers and spinning beams usually repeat the same rhythm.
- Sprint on straight sections and slow down for narrow beams and small blocks.
- On wheels, brake before landings and narrow bridges. Speed helps on ramps but rarely on beams.
