Defend a castle
Here the castle has to be standing when the last wave ends. Realm builders and the defense games with archers and mages are in kingdom games online, and tower placement is in tower defense tips.
- Ashen Watch puts Princess Elira in the kingdom's last keep under an endless siege. You control the guardian across 20 waves and fight eight enemy types and bosses, then pick a roguelike perk after each wave, such as arrow volleys, chain lightning, a flaming blade or a dodge roll. WASD or the arrow keys move, and the guardian attacks nearby enemies automatically.
- Zombie Parade Defense 5 moves the defense to a desert. Zombies threaten your castle, an automatic volley gun placed high on the castle helps, and you win by surviving 12 waves. One to four players can share a keyboard.
- Stickman Castle Defender has 10 rounds against stickman enemies. Every round they get stronger, and after round 5 a new gun stickman joins. Aim with the mouse, left-click to attack and press Space to reload.
- Age Of Quest sends hordes of monsters and skeletons against your castle. You fight with a sword and magical abilities and collect coins, gems and ammunition. WASD walks, the left mouse button fires and Q or the right button changes weapon.
Attack a castle or duel at its walls
In these you go after a castle, or the walls are only the stage for a duel.
- Castle Wars: Legacy is a tactical multiplayer card game. You build a deck, defend your castle and break through enemy walls by stacking resources, summoning armies and casting spells. You can battle friends online, play the campaign or fight the AI. Click or tap.
- Castel Wars: New Era is episode 3 of a pixel castle-duel series, with modern weapons, new maps, a Mayhem mode and a zombie mode for 1 or 2 players. Blue uses WASD and red uses the arrow keys.
- Castel Wars Modern sets its battles on the moon, in modern cities and in sci-fi places, with zombie fights, two-player duels and battles. The two-player keys are the same: WASD for blue and the arrow keys for red.
- Janissary Tower is a two-player cannon duel at two towers. You hit your enemy with 3 different cannons, build bricks to reach new spots and collect balloons and bonuses. Red uses WASD and blue uses the arrow keys.
- Castle Raid 3D is a drawing puzzle. You group a team to invade the castle on each level, and enemies reduce your army, so you draw a line through the right areas to gather more members. Slide to draw.
- Tower Takeover: Conquer Castle is a puzzle of conquering cities. Swipe to connect two cities, take the opponent's cities and protect yours, and you win when every city turns blue.
- Takeover is a real-time strategy game. The Rivadis Empire has fallen into the hands of necromancers, and you lead one of 3 nations in the battle for Rivadis. The game asks you to follow its built-in tutorial.
- Stickboy War has you command stick warriors against the Imperial Berserkers. You mine gold, hire miners, shielders, archers and explosive units, and destroy the enemy gate to win each of its 10+ campaign levels.

Escape and explore a castle
- Escape Mystic Castle is a short adventure. A villager has been taken to a castle and trapped there, and you have to find the way out. A and D move, W jumps, B creates bombs and Space casts magic. The mobile version swaps the keys for touch buttons: two for left and right and one for jump.
- Squareking of Easter has the square king escape a castle that monsters attacked during Easter. Collect all the Easter eggs and reach the chest, and watch for traps, sharp blades and flying and running monsters. WASD moves, and mobile controls are available.
- ThroneHold drops a lone warrior into a crumbling, cursed castle. Jump spikes, climb towers and find hidden paths on the way to the throne room. A click jumps.

Build and decorate a castle
- Build Castle 3D mixes driving and building. You steer a truck, avoid obstacles, trigger mechanisms and collect bricks, and each level builds a different kind of castle.
- Decorate My Dream Castle starts with a grand ball. The little princess wants her castle redecorated, and you decorate it with a click or a tap.
- Princess Castle Room Cleaning begins with a castle room that is a mess. You search for the household cleaning items and then clean the room up.

- In Ashen Watch, the guardian attacks nearby enemies on its own, so spend your attention on moving and on the perk you pick after each wave.
- In Zombie Parade Defense 5, choose Normal the first time you play, and aim to survive all 12 waves.
- In Escape Mystic Castle, find the bomb key (B) and the magic key (Space) before you need them.
- In Squareking of Easter, collect all the Easter eggs first, then head for the chest.
- In Tower Takeover: Conquer Castle, you win only when every city is blue, so protect your own cities while you connect to the next one.
