Island survival games

Survival games on an island start with almost nothing and ask you to gather, craft and get away.

  • Survival Rpg Island Escape puts you on a mysterious island of pixels. You collect resources and make tools, such as water bottles to hold water, knives for defense and fruit for energy. It plays with a mouse click or a tap.
  • The Island Survival Challenge is a 3D game that tests whether you can survive on the island. WASD and the mouse walk and look, E interacts, Tab opens the inventory and C the character inventory.
  • Lost Adventure New starts with a plane crash. As the pilot you gather resources from the wreckage, craft tools and rescue passengers stranded on small islands. WASD or the arrow keys move you, and mobile has a joystick.
  • Raft Evolution is an open sandbox with no civilization, only wildlife: build a raft, get resources, fish and cook, then explore the islands.
  • Survival War lets you explore a mysterious island, gather resources and expand your territory. You chop trees, collect and sell materials, buy tools, build workbenches and manage your energy. WASD or the arrow keys move you, and Space is the work key.
  • Zombie Vacation is the action version. After a plane crash on a tropical island crowded with zombies, you survive each wave with a sub-machine gun. WASD moves, the left mouse button shoots, R reloads and Space jumps.

Build and run an island

Building games are slower: you work, earn and expand until the island is yours.

  • Misland Online is a placement and management game. You turn a deserted island into a prosperous paradise, starting with bare hands and upgrading your tools one by one. Assistants harvest, fell trees and quarry stone, and you wave a sword at monsters that try to steal your resources.
  • Buildy Island 3d Game is an idle game that takes you from a woodcutter with nothing to an island owner. You log, chop wood and collect crops, then choose what house to build and who to hire. Mouse or tap.
  • Pet Island has you set up a new village, build houses, discover islands, raise animals, harvest fields and feed them. You slide to move.
  • Pet Land 3d Game lands you on a new island to collect items and create your first pet, then add more items and pets and upgrade to reach a new island.
  • Idle Island mixes gathering resources, building bridges, exploring the island and winning battles on the way to rescuing a princess. Mouse, or WASD and the arrow keys.
  • Island Merge war is a strategy game: build, merge and upgrade to grow an island empire, then lead your army against enemies across the sea. Merging units and structures gives you stronger ones.
  • Stone Miner Online is a truck game: crush stones, mine resources, sell them at the base and upgrade the truck. You can explore different types of islands, and the farther you go the rarer the ores. Slide to move.

Adventures on islands

  • Airplane Simulator Island Travel flies you over different islands in 10 levels. Collecting coins opens up 3 different airplanes. The arrow keys or WASD take off, land and turn, and the mouse wheel tilts the aircraft up and down.
  • Duck Family Simulator Animal Games is a 3D wildlife game: explore islands, lakes and forests, raise a duck family, hunt for food, protect your ducklings and complete missions. WASD moves, and mobile has a joystick.
  • Green-Island-Land-Of-Fire-Game asks you to collect and tame animal eggs. Explore each level, cut the grass, open the bushes and find the eggs, then beat the boss of the level to enter the next island.
  • Stickman Bros In Fruit Island 3 sends stickman brothers through Fruitland to collect strawberries and apples. Player 1 uses A, D and W, and the controls list keys for more players. Part 2 works the same way.
  • Spiny Ninja is a stealth adventure on an island: avoid view cones and patrols, knock enemies out from behind, hide in shadows and collect coins. The arrow keys or a swipe move, and Space or a tap does the Shadow Strike.

Island sports and arcade games

  • Coconut Volley is beach volleyball on a tropical island: bounce a coconut so that it lands on your opponent's side of the net. You can play against an AI player or against a friend, with the arrow keys or WAD.
  • Golfing Island has 20 hard levels of islands and obstacles. Touch and drag to aim, and a fall off an island means starting again. Collect all the coins for three stars and ball skins.
  • Island Battle 3D is a 3D IO game where you jump and knock rivals back while the surface of the island keeps breaking. Push rivals into the gaps and stay on the safe zones. WASD and Space on PC, buttons and swipes on mobile.
  • Island Mayhem: Tiki Blast 3D is a cannon and physics puzzle. Aim, set the power and fire to knock down tiki towers, wooden forts and stone walls across 200 levels on 10 islands, with a giant tiki boss at the end of every island.

Tips for island games

  1. In Survival War, keep an eye on your energy, because the game lists it among the things you manage to stay alive.
  2. Read the controls before you start. The Island Survival Challenge uses E, Tab and C, and Zombie Vacation uses R to reload.
  3. In Misland Online, keep your sword ready, because monsters try to steal your resources.
  4. In Island Battle 3D, stay on the safe zones, because the surface of the island keeps breaking.
  5. In Golfing Island, aim slowly: a fall off an island sends you back.
